The position includes managing both local and global projects and continuous improvement of different HR activities. You will be a key player within the local HR Operations team. The position
As Team Lead HR Operations for the Nordics, you will have personnel responsibility for the 5 members of the team. You will provide expertise, analysis and advice for all aspects of the HR Operations team in Sweden. The role implies being overall responsible for securing compliant, stable and effective HR operational deliveries towards the organizations based in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You make sure the HR administration complies with internal policies, external regulations and is cost effective to administer. You also ensure appropriate systems are in place to provide accurate and excellent customer service to internal customers. You will follow up on the implementation of the new Payroll Outsourcing system in Sweden and act as the link between HR Operations and Shared Service Center (SSC) in Krakow regarding HR processes and local regulations.
Your main responsibilities and tasks:
• Liaise with local HR BPs, Global Process Owners and HR SSC to ensure the Getinge Group HR delivery model is implemented
• Lead the HR Transformation in Nordics – actively drive the implementation of harmonized processes and policies across the businesses
• Drive process improvement in all related HR processes together with SuccessFactors team and SSC, enabling increased employee self-service and HR SSC scope
• Partner with employees, corporate communications and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
• Contribute to group wide transformation projects with a regional or global scope
• Coordinate the audits of all employee changes for system accuracy, new hire, terminations, leaves, salary changes, position change.
• Coordinate the running of weekly, monthly, annual (scheduled and ad hoc) HR reports.
• Ensure materials for all global HR processes, such as new hire orientation, and training of various systems are in place
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
The position is preferably located in Malmö (or Gothenburg as a second option, if you are willing to travel to Malmö on a frequent basis). Travelling to meet colleagues will be required at times. You will report to the Director of HR, Nordics.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have at least 5 years of experience working within HR and minimum 3 years as a team leader or manager. You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. If you have been involved in an HR Transformation, such as payroll outsourcing or offshoring HR tasks to Shared Service Centers, it is highly merited. You also need to have Sufficient Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish as well as English, which is our corporate language.
As a person you are a motivating team-builder who drives results and takes responsibility. You are an excellent communicator, written and verbal, who has the ability to handle multiple internal customers in a matrix organizational environment. To succeed in this position you also need to have the ability to analyze data and present findings in a meaningful way, delivering communications and presentations. You have an analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach together with excellent project management skills.
