The Role
As our new Team Lead for IT Operations at MatHem you will have a big opportunity to impact how our IT Operations is organized and structured going forward. We are a fast-growing company, with a lot of fun challenges for IT Operations. You will be part of setting our new technical standard and IT Operations procedures. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and expanding team and a company that is constantly improving and breaking new ground.
Your daily work includes
• Plan and lead IT Operations work and projects together with Head of IT
• Facilitate team growth in collaboration with Head of IT
• Work towards high level of efficiency and automation within IT Operations
• Hold daily stand-ups with team and follow up on team activities (team is currently 5 people, spread over multiple locations)
• Monitor overall team performance and IT Operations SLA levels
• Follow-up on feedback from rest of the organization
• Manage on-call schedule (and also be part of on-call rotation)
• Manage escalated tickets from 1st-line helpdesk
• Manage change schedule / Change Advisory Board
A part from leading the team on a daily basis, you will also manage other technical work, such as:
• Setting up and configuring new IT services, servers, network equipment, and client management
• Assisting in Warehouse Management System (WMS) configuration and changes together with our outsourced consultants
You will split your time as needed between our headquarters in central Stockholm (Gamla Stan), and our two operations facilities in Bromma and Veddesta. As we also have operations in Malmö and Gothenburg, you will occasionally travel there as well (2-3 times a year).

Experience
We don’t care how long you’ve worked with different technologies, we are more interested in your actual skill level and what you’ve learned along the way. Some skills/experiences are required to be able to cope with the daily work, others are preferred to excel, but not required.
Required
• Experience from working with IT support
• Medium or higher skill level in workstations (Windows and/or Apple)
• Medium or higher skill level in server operations (Windows and/or Linux)
• Medium or higher skill level in networking and infrastructure
• Experience from defining and implementing work processes and structure
Preferred, but not required
• Experience working as a Team Lead, or similar role before
• Working according to ITIL
• Experience working with ticket systems
• Experience working with IT a production/warehouse environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (bonus points for Astro WMS)
• Cisco network and infrastructure equipment (routers, firewalls, switches, wi-fi)
• Operational IT security (anti-virus, ransomware, intrusion detection, etc)
• Backup operations and strategies
• Google G Suite
• Active Directory, GPO
• Server and client automation/management (bonus points for Ansible)
• Virtualization (bonus points for KVM)
Language skills
• Swedish, written (intermediate or higher), spoken preferred but not required
• English, written and spoken (proficient/fluent or higher)
Other requirements
• Permit to work in Sweden
