What awaits you?
BMW Northern Europe is now looking for a senior marketer who can help us to push our communication to the next level! You will be the Team lead, responsible for the internal campaign organization that executes the annual marketing plan and coordinates Nordic brand- and launch campaigns. This you will do through execution of communication campaigns and effective media management within the annual budget, to improve brand values, visibility, customer satisfaction, profitability, market share and tactical- and launch campaigns depending on the respective market maturity.
At your help is a team of four highly professional marketers across the region, supported by external agencies. It will be your responsibility to make sure they have all the information, tools, and processes they need to be able to do their job in an efficient way - and most importantly, to keep your team motivated!
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Execute the annual marketing communication plan and coordinate Nordic brand and launch campaigns according to set KPI´s and targets, budget, and brand guidelines.
• Lead, motivate and develop your team members and jointly modernize and develop working methods and processes for the team.
• Lead the internal campaign organization within Brand Management on Nordic level and be the main point of contact for marketing campaigns.
• Support and coordinate the local campaign organization and local tactical campaigns.
• Support and closely cooperate with other functions, e.g. Digital Content Manager, Digital Marketing Performance Manager, CRM, PR, Financial Services and central teams, when executing joint communication.
• Initiate and lead projects and implement tools in the region aimed at improving the effect of marketing communication.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining the local Digital Asset Management, Brand Book, and local project management tool(s).
• Be the main point of contact to BMW AG regarding communication topics and reports.
• Follow up, set and report on targets and KPI´s.
• Gather and provide info and statistics needed for tenders, Brand Monitor and audits
What should you bring along?
• You have experience and deep knowledge about a large variety of marketing topics on a high level - with a curious mindset and an inner drive to develop yourself, your team, and the business even further.
• You have a strategic understanding and are fully aware of the importance of data, the customer journey, digital marketing; online channel analysis, planning and implementation.
• You have experience from working with agencies and project management in an international setting.
• You have a high ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks, but also have a flexible mindset, so you know when to delegate and say no to tasks.
• Your brand literacy, excellent attention to detail and interest and experience in managing emerging technology, will all come to good use
• You have very well-developed communication skills
• You are self-driven team player with leadership skills and have the willingness to create great and efficient teams.
• You are business orientated and proactive
• You are fluent in written and verbal English as well as one other Nordic language
• You have the willingness and flexibility to travel, primarily between the Nordic countries

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and daily workouts. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement.
