Team-lead Mechanical Engineer in Västerås & Ludvika

We are currently looking for two Team-lead Mechanical Engineers to our client in both Västerås & Ludvika who works in the consulting business.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for new challenges in thier career. You are already working as a mechanical engineer and want to learn more about leadership, planning and/or productivity (hopefully all mentioned).

You will be working with and for the customer on-site. Where you are responsible for a smaller team of consultants. You would be reporting directly to the Regional Manager in Mälardalen. You have an opportunity to develop your own role over time.

About the end customer:

The customer you will work for as a consultant, is a large industrial company in southern Dalarna that has a long history and operates on a global market with a broad focus in the energy sector.

It serves companies in energy, industry and infrastructure as well as emerging areas such as sustainable mobility, smart cities, energy storage and data centers worldwide.
They are pioneers in sustainable energy and with forecasts showing a doubling of electricity demand by 2050, the company is one of the most important players in the solutions required for a sustainable future.

Mandatory:

- Engineering degree
- Minimum of two years working experience as a Mechanical Engineer
- Fluent in English/Swedish


Would be nice if you had:

- Experience in Solidworks, Siemens NX and Siemens Teamcenter

- A positive attitude
- A good sense of humor
