The Job
For our ambitious, fast growing team in Bjuv, we are looking for a Team Lead, Operations Excellence. Working within the Operations team you take a leading role across the Nordic markets. In collaboration with our leadership team you will help to put in place the regional OpEx agenda, be a local expert on global best-practices and lead improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and minimizing error rates.
As a first priority you will, together with your team, spend all your efforts in ensuring transparency & stability in our new plant in Bjuv. This will be successfully deploying a global performance management system across all levels of the organization, coaching and enabling our shop floor on simple problem solving, leading efforts in process standardization(including work instructions, checklists and one-point lessons) as well deploying a continuous improvement framework.
You will then focus on building out your team to ensure regional coverage to successfully deploy our global operating model. This includes a close collaboration with our Opex community to benchmark & knowledge share (global exposure) across global and regional level. This will include leading and deploying initiatives such as 5s, gemba, capability building etc.
You will...
Lead the OpEx team to create transparency and accountability on the shop floor, ensuring the leads are aware and responsible for line performance, troubleshooting and problem escalation.
Lead the OpEx team improvement initiatives in connection to operational efficiency and minimizing errors
Create a task-force approach and spirit within the local production team to provide execution support across our organization.
Lead the successful launch of new initiatives from an operational perspective, ensuring capability building takes place before, during and after deployments.

You Have..
A master's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline
3+ years of work experience within manufacturing, with a track record in operations improvement and successful project management
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, computer skills with MS Office applications (specially Excel).
Experience in a warehouse / food manufacturing / logistics environment is a plus
Vast experience in modern lean manufacturing techniques - SMED, Kaizen 5S, Kanban, Structured Problem Solving, TPM/OEE, SPC including coaching across different levels of the organization
Experience holding workshops
Ability to find stability & remain efficient in a fast paced environment is a must.
Previous experience managing teams
Ability to build relationships at all levels within the business
Fluent written and oral skills in both English and Swedish are mandatory
