In our Pricing department we combine technical, commercial, and analytical know-how and determine Sweden’s best price for each vehicle with the help of our extensive database and constant analysis of current trends.
Do you want to be part of a new revolution and participate in the digitalization of the used car trade? We’re looking forward to welcoming you as a new Team Leader in our Pricing Department working towards our retail business at our headquarters in Alvik! You will work closely and report directly to our Pricing Manager in the Nordics.
Your new role
Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in a growing process
Establish and develop our Retail pricing team in Sweden
Focus on development of your team members
Analyze and track the agreed KPIs of your team to achieve the defined goals in the best possible way
Act as a driver in structural topics and continuously work on process optimization
Your skills
Degree in economics or a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant work experience in the automotive industry are meritorious
Excellent analytical understanding and above-average comprehension skills
At least two years of demonstrable experience as a manager
Personal initiative, high social competence, assertiveness as well as strong organizational skills are part of your personality traits
A good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken
