Team Lead & Program Coordinator

Job description
Randstad Technologies is looking for a Team Lead & Program Manager to join our client in the Automotive industry.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the design team to make sure that both the holistic plan is followed and that people are doing good
Nurture the team culture and build a strong team spirit
Work with our team as well as all other design teams, operations and external stakeholders (PLs, Prototyping, Program managers) to coordinate the Digital & Interaction designs cross carline and within projects, and work with other teams to create a unified vision for the designs. 


Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or coordination
Communicative with good verbal and visual presentation skills
Independent and confident as well as a good team player
Structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills. 
Ability to understand and analyzing requirements from upper management
Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules
English skills, spoken and written
