At Vattenfall, electrification of the transport sector is one of the most important strategic topics towards the goal of fossil free living within one generation. Charging infrastructure is key in the transition. To meet market demands, a new business unit has been created at Vattenfall, with total responsibility for propositions, sales and operations of charging solutions in the Nordics. The unit is now looking for a team lead to join the team and to further develop and grow the business. The role includes developing and managing our project and fulfillment management for B2B and B2C customers.
As Team Lead for project and fulfillment you will be one of three team leads within Operations Management. Your focus will be to lead the team and further develop project and fulfilment initiatives, to deliver the best EV charging solutions within the Nordic market. The teams responsibility includes development and delivery of charging solutions in small and large customer projects. Your daily work will be dynamic and consist of coaching and decision making both in matters of a strategic nature and detailed ones in customer projects.
The work includes:
Securing effective solution development and solution delivery according to our customer expectations and in alignment with our BU strategy.
Together with the team constantly improve way of working to further improve the customer experience and reduce cost to serve.
Being responsible for following up and report of governing metrics.
Meet with customers and partners to account our charging solutions.
Being part of E-Mobility Nordic Operations Management team - where you contribute with your creativity to find ways for top-class operations.
Working close with the local sales and operations team towards our customers.
Together with procurement follow up on agreements with contractors and suppliers.
Skills and qualifications
We are looking for a Team Lead who:
Have a degree in engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) or equivalent level of education.
Preferably have experience in E-mobility charging solutions or similar field of technology.
Preferably have experience cooperating with contractors according to ABT06 and AB04 agreements.
Have experience of conducting business together with external partners where the collaboration is based on mutual requirements defined by agreement.
Have a very good sense of business and a proven ability to proactively drive the development of technical solutions and project management that brings customer value.
Are an experienced leader with good communicative and stakeholder management skills.
Have a leadership profile with a proven track record of leading/coaching your team and turning challenges into opportunities leading to both customer and business value.
Are highly motivated to create the best value for our customers and possess the ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
Are fluent in Swedish and your command in English is strong, both verbally and written.
As a person you are independent, driven and make things happen. You have a strong focus on delivering results. You can represent Vattenfall in external relations and have excellent social and communicative skills. You are also a true team player, a solution and performance-oriented person. Your ability to combine creativity with structure is triggered by results and deadlines. You engage yourself easily, are quality driven and development oriented.
