Team Lead Regional OT

In your future role as Team Lead Regional OT you will 
* Lead and develop team skills to deliver growth, savings, and capability. 
* Contribute to increased value through OT Roadmap and technology.
* Develop regional capability and OT maturity and reduce TCO.
* Act as regional point of contact for OT cyber security matters and activities
* Provide technical knowhow and direction with regards to required and desired system updates.
* Maintain technically current with regards to control systems technology, engineering, and applications, through professional training and development.
* Together with the maintenance group develop a basic training curriculum for control system troubleshooting as required for I&E technicians.


We believe you bring   

* University Degree or Bachelor of Science in engineering or technical field, preferably with a focus on automation/IT or equivalent
* Documented 5+ year experience in the OT domain
* Excellent technical and/or managerial skills
* Experience in leading people and initiatives/projects
* Understand the challenges of chemical manufacturing and with the use of Data, Tools and Processes provide the organization with OT Capabilities to solve issues and improve productivity. 
* Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written, presentation skills are an advantage. 
* Strong computer skills 
* Respects value, able to work discretely with confidential information
