Having left the startup phase, we are now scaling up with regards to product development and market presence and we are now in search of a Team lead for the Sales Developers.
About the job & the team
In this position, you will be Team Lead for our Sales Developers, responsible for the Sales Development process and results. Sales Development at PinMeTo is a key function and the engine in sales as the company is growing. We are looking for a person who can build up, coach and expand this team and processes further. The team is today based out of the Nordics, Poland and Portugal and growing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Sales Development Team and ensure they have the activity, tools and skills in order to reach their targets
- Implement ways of working in order to maximize productivity, including lead generation, pre-contact planning and scripts
- Train and develop Sales developers (incl. building a consistent training plan)
- Keep up with market trends and best practices, including new software solutions and resources
- Build and execute outbound campaigns per solution and per account
- Analyze prospects needs and uncover business challenges
- Manage lead transition and follow up activity to ensures positive outcomes
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Follow up on key metrics and deliver ongoing weekly reporting and analysis to the leadership team
- Responsible and making sure the team reach the set targets
- Build and drive deep data analysis on top global companies identified as strategic utilizing top information tools and robust qualification and follow-through processes.
Your profile
The successful candidate is self-motivated and driven by clear goals, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively drive and lead a Sales Development team. You will work with marketing and sales departments in acquiring new leads and nurturing existing opportunities in the sales funnel process.
You are responsible for building skills to lead top-notch performance among the Sales Development team as well as a team with client-facing senior management to ensure that our funnel mechanics, processes, and tools are world-class.
- Approximately 5-7 years of experience in sales development or inside sales or sales in the Software space, preferably from the SaaS-industry
- Ability to work in a team-goal oriented environment, and interact with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices and principles.
- Experience and confidence in prospecting and communicating with senior-level executive
- Self-motivated and driven

- Strategic, results-driven, structured, and data-oriented
- Ability to work in an international team environment
- Language skills: Great business English. We wish to have your application written in English. Other major European languages are seen as a plus
