During your tenure as Team Lead Scheduling, you can expect to:
Analyse, solve and propose management solutions to complex problems.
Support fact based decision-making and business case preparation.
Participate in and lead projects.
Combine Business, Supply Chain and Finance.
Lead and develop people.
Drive solutions for the everyday challenges and changes that take place.
Set priorities.
Balance development, reduction and optimization.
Act as the voice of the business on the location and translate monetized business optimization decisions into local actions.
We expect you to have...
...a Master Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Economics, Engineering or related fields, a strong commercial understanding and a minimum of five years solid experience in similar assignments in supply chain or operational environment. We expect you to have a solid track record in leading operational teams and in change management. Working in English and in Swedish language is not a problem for you.
