Right now, we are looking for an outstanding Team Leader & Account Executive (Direct Sales Channel) who will coach, motivate and push the sales team to even further success. In order to be successful in this role, you should have a good history of leading teams and great sales results💰. Basically, as an excellent team leader you would display outstanding interpersonal skills to build quality everyday activities for the team, and as a great account executive you would find business opportunities and turn them into long term partnerships⭐.
Your role would be
- Actively work towards customer acquisition
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound activities to closing deals
- Build and strengthen meaningful customer relationships
- Build an inspiring team environment that embrace an open communication culture
- Delegate tasks, and set clear team goals and deadlines
- Be a role model for the team members. Support and motivate them to accomplish organizational goals
- Apply your understanding of the product and our business targets to create excellent solutions that align with our long-term strategy
- Work closely with managers across teams
- Improve the sales processes
- Measure KPIs and key metrics
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of success and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role
- Have a solid background in B2B Sales
- A strong interest to grow and develop
- Have a great attitude when approaching work and create positivity around
- Fluent in Swedish as well as English
- Good analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Curious and eager to learn
Bonus points if you have
- A degree in Economics or Business Administration
- Worked in international environments in the area of sales
- Experienced in managing teams and its everyday activities
