Team Lead - Umeå

Are you a team-oriented person with a holistic and positive mindset and great interpersonal skills? We are looking for you to join our Service Team at Vestas the global renewable energy company.

Region NCE - SBU NCE Service - NCE Service- C Sweden
We are the primary and key interface for Service, and it is our 1st priority to support and make things happen.
You would take the leadership and responsibility of min. of 3 new operating warehouses and teams located in Sweden and Finland.
You can be located in either Sweden or Finland but the primary work location will be the warehouse in Umeå / North Sweden.

Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe warehouse for all employees
Supervising a team of approx. 6-8 people
Ensure well working warehouses, that operate according to process
Pick, Pack, return etc.
Ensure that the warehouse is lean effective and productive
Delivery performance. Ensure best methods are followed
Participate in improvement projects


Qualifications:
Previous Team Leader, distance management and coordinating experience
High degree of Safety Awareness
Leadership and team member skills & behaviours
Solid spoken and written communication skills in Swedish and English. Finnish language skills are a bonus.
SAP knowledge and hands-on experience is highly desired and MS Office suite knowledge - willingness to learn
Solid communication and organization skills
Working with and setting KPI's
