Job Description
AFRY Experience Design have offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, UK and Copenhagen. In our studio we are experts working at the intersection of human behaviour physical as well as digital design and business. We are strategists, Researchers, UX Designers, Service Designers, Surface Designers, Visualization artist and Product Designers. In growing this business, we are looking for a Team Lead for our UX Team. You will deliver in client projects alongside your work as a Team Lead. You will be involved in recruitment, sales, client contacts, creating company culture, and most importantly in supporting all our consultants in reaching their competence development goals, perform in projects and just feel good at work.

Qualifications
Someone with a track record in the UX/UI industry, with experience that you can use to engage our clients, coach and develop our team.
Someone with experience of taking a leading role in design projects.
Someone who is interested in coaching and developing others.
Someone who can collaborate with our other Team Lead(s) to bring positive change within the trinity of – people and culture, processes, and tools.
Someone who is comfortable with selling design - for example, creating sales material, pitching to potential new clients, upselling to existing clients etc.
These would be a bonus
Someone with an established network that can be leveraged to attract new clients and projects for the team.
