Team Lead Waypoint

We are now looking for a Team Lead for Waypoint

We are approximately 180 people who work together in 14 cross-functional teams across the Nordic region. Everyone is working to offer a stable, scalable and secure platform. Waypoint is a very exciting area that now needs more skilled and dedicated people. This is where you come into the picture!
In the role of Teamlead, you will be overall responsible for the team's deliveries and you will have a close collaboration with our business to understand their current and future needs. You will also ensure that we have the right skills and staffing to deliver on agreed plans.

We want you to...
· have completed a relevant technical education with a bachelor's degree or higher
· has a few years of experience with .NET, C# and Azure, preferably in an agile environment
· has a few years' experience in similar roles
· can communicate well in Swedish or Norwegian and English
