Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M team lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
- Refine working principles and guidelines for core and portal development work (SAP)
- Define and manage SAP core and portal plan, scope and team resources
- Interact and communicate with different stakeholders like functional projects and architects to define scope and design the solutions
- Manage staffing and recruitment to the team
- Conduct quality reviews of team deliverables
- Continuously follow up the team members and set goals and give feedback
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
We believe that you are an experienced leader, for example a technical project manager, with the ability to encourage, drive and coach people.
You have deep knowledge of SAP specific development tools like for example ABAP, ABAP objects, forms, workflows, together with Business process experience within sales, logistics and/or finance
You are experienced from working in multinational environments with off shoring and situational leadership and teambuilding is natural for you. You are a structured person with very good communication skills.
It is qualifying if you have Retail experience and has worked in global projects and roll-outs.
The position is located in Stockholm.
