Vestas Northern Europe is a Sales Business Unit of Vestas Wind Systems A/S responsible for sales, project construction, and service in Northern Europe. Our service organisation in Sweden & Finland works in a professional and efficient way to secure the operation and maintenance of our customers? turbines. We are looking for a manager for the Customer Care, which is a department within the service organisation.
Responsibilities
The job will, amongst others include:
- Ownership of the customer care service experience
- Budget responsibility of Time & Material budget
- Lead, develop and retain co-workers within own department
- Coach the Customer Care team to be efficient, innovative and profitable
- Strengthen the values of doing successful business decisions every time
- Create, build and retain excellent customer relationship leading to high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial success for both the customer and Vestas
- Develop and execute a customer centric organisation and culture
- Develop and deliver on our most important customer journeys
- Develop and manage a first class customer support experience
- Secure that Vestas deliver according to supply and service agreements
- Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas in order to deliver on customer demands
- Actively contribute to develop the customer relation, the service organisation and the way we are working
Qualifications
- Worked as a manager in similar roles
- Have a higher education degree or equivalent experience
- Solid communication and negotiating skills
- Good financial and legal understanding as well as analytical skills combined with the ability to get involved in technical and contractual issues
- Experience in B2B requirements
- Worked within a customer centric organisation
- High experience within CRM; way of working, KPIs, support systems, customer journey framework
- Ability to quickly understand our business and what creates value for the customer
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers as internal departments at different levels
- Driving license since some traveling will be necessary
- Strong Swedish and English both written and orally
- Work experience with SAP
- Work experience with processes and process tools

Additional information
The primary work location is Malmö.
Travel days must be expected.
