Team Leader

Store Operation within Parts Supply Chain, Technical Service AB consists of approx.75 persons divided into three teams.One team is working in the receiving area and the other two in the outgoing area.We are the main supplier of spare parts to our filling equipment spread all over the world.The role of the department is to perform and improve the physical distribution of the spare parts.We work to deliver in full, on time, error free and without damage.

As a team leader will have the full staff responsibility of a team consisting of about 25 team members working in the outgoing area.The work is a two shift setup.

Your main tasks will be:
- Planning and management of the daily operational work in the team
- Resource planning, competence development
- Work environment issues


Kvalifikationer

For the right candidate, we offer a possibility to experience the challenge of a leadership role.You have a couple of years experience from leading blue-collars and working within a production.

You possess good leadership skills and can easily interact with other people.You have very good communication skills, are a team player with result orientation and customer focus.You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
