Team Leader Accounts Receivable

You will have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly changing environment where new challenges and development opportunities are constantly emerging. It's an exciting and relatively new role with a high level of responsibility, and in return you will have a lot of freedom to influence and structure your tasks. You will be managing a small team and report to our Accounting Manager. The role has the overall responsibility for all areas of Accounts Receivables, including Credit Control

Your future

- Develop and implement efficient processes for Accounts Receivables and Credit Control
- Frequent KPI-reporting to stakeholders throughout the organization
- Manage payments and debt collection from customers and external agencies
- Manage credit limits and credit checks
- Analyze customer behavior ensuring that customers pay on time
- Lead, motivate and develop a small team


Your past & your skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- 3+ experience from a similar position either at the client side or at a finance provider and/or collection agency
- You have high attention to details and you always keep pushing until you reach your goals


- Great interpersonal skills since you will spend a lot of time communicating both internally and externally with customers and other partners
- You are competitive, ambitious, passionate and a performance driven professional that has a deep understanding of what it takes to be a top performer
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as well as rapid changes
- A positive attitude, honesty, and humility are characteristics we value highly
- Fluent in both Swedish and English is mandatory. Knowledge in other languages is advantageous
