To engage directly with consumers, Uptime is the facilitating connection and expert in managing fleet operations and offering a premium, proactive and branded customer support. We provide service to change the way we offer cars, while building and maintaining consumer relationships.

What you will do
As a Team Leader you will actively work with continuous improvements, understand customers’ needs and do follow up on the service goals.
You will collaborate between different stakeholders, process owners and project leaders and lead communication trainings.
You will support and lead your team towards the settled KPI’s, in order to develop the everyday business.
Your responsibility is also to develop the entire Nordic Hub Cross functionally, to find the best synergies across the borders.
Since your team will be growing you will be responsible for recruitment of new colleagues into your team.
Scheduling the workforce of your each team member and follow up on performances will also be among your key daily tasks.
You and your skills
To fit in this role, you need to have Multi-year Leadership and Customer Center Operations experience.
You have senior experience in leading successful teams and accustomed to work towards big visions and high goals.
You have senior experience of continuous improvements projects in order for us to become a world-class customer center.
Being fluent in English and Swedish (speaking and writing) is a must.
