We are currently looking for a Team Leader for a brand new team that will support the Nordic market. You will also be working with colleagues on a satellite team for the European market.

As a Team Leader, you will initially be involved in building up the business. You will be responsible for daily business, for developing and building workflows and processes, and for ensuring that we meet the goals and targets that have been set. The Team’s mission is to provide customers with world-class service. Our customers are new and prospective owners of vehicles from a new, progressive premium make.
 
Duties:
·       Being involved in building up the Team and the business
·       Responsible for daily operations within the Team
·       Coaching and developing the Team to meet goals and targets
·       Monitoring costs and revenue
·       Working closely and being “hands-on” with the Team, while maintaining a bird’s-eye perspective and pushing forward strategic matters
Actively coming up with suggestions for solutions and improvements in order to contribute to increased customer satisfaction
Communicating closely with the internal and external organisation
Planning business and recruiting new colleagues
 
Are you the candidate we’re looking for?
In order to tick all of our boxes, you will be expected to be capable of handling several different types of business situation in a professional manner. The role comes with high demands when it comes to your ability to communicate and to build good relationships. Since the Team and the role are entirely new, you will need to be skilled at setting up teams and processes. It will be a challenging start with tight adjustments to satisfy the needs of the business. We are looking for a Leader with a genuine interest in growing the Team and who is capable of working in a complex environment in a structured and proactive fashion. In order to be successful in your role, we also believe that you will be a driven and positive person who is focused on solutions.
 
Qualifications:
-       Previous experience as Team Leader in support/customer service
-       Excellent organisational skills
-       Proven ability and experience in delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction
-       Experience in leading business using targets
-       System experience on a customer support team/helpdesk
-       Experience in the automotive industry is desired but is not a must
-       Excellent English skills 
-       Experienced user of MS Office and Windows
 
Hours and location:
The role will be based out of the Gothenburg Old Town. This is a full-time position. We are looking for somebody who can start as soon as possible.
