Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Service Department at the Malmö office is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within Sweden. The Customer Service Management function is responsible for the relationship with our customers, to ensure the required service level and make sure we deliver according to our goals. The Service is a growing area within Vestas, and you will be involved in an exciting journey.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader you will have an important role in supervising a team of technically oriented employees, who are responsible for the first-line technical support to customers and supporting Customer Managers in resolving customer issues. As a Leader it is your role to have the overview and ensure the right prioritisation, as well as ensuring that the team has the right level of knowledge and understanding.
Your scope of work will be:
Supporting your team, be the technical support to customers and be the prime interface between customers, Customer Service Management, Technical Support, and other stakeholders
Handling daily management including recruitment of new team members
Taking care of escalated matters
Handling communication within, to and from your team
Handling development of individual members of the team and the team as a whole


Qualifications
Work experience and knowledge in the technical field and/or technical education
Previous leadership experience and experience working in a customer-facing, customer service or technical support position.
Familiarity with wind turbines or alternatively power plants, processes, or systems
Fluency in verbal and written English and Swedish. Skills in other Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
Proven skills in delivering a good customer experience in a cost-efficient way and on budget
A mindset for developing both people and business
