We are looking for a Team Leader – English Speaking to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:
-Full-time contract: 39 hours/week
-Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00
-Competitive salary and performance bonus: on-target earnings up to 28.500€ gross/year

What you’ll experience with us
As a Team Leader in our team, you will:
- Monitor and report team performance
- Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance and training needs to improve technical and phone communication’s skills
- Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members
- Organize team building activities and offer support in critical problems
- Report productivity metrics to the team and management daily
- Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project performance tracker
- Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager
 We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in English
- Have experience in customer care environment
- Have leadership skills
- Have working knowledge of PROJECT processes
- Have working knowledge of IT equipment and applications: MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills
It will be a plus if you
- Have experience of work under pressure and deadlines
- Have coaching experience
- Can delegate tasks and have problem solving and reactivity abilities
