Finance Services is the central finance department within the area of accounting and we offer a wide range of finance related services and tasks to Ingka companies in Sweden. Together we secure compliance with local and international laws and reporting standards; we assure that accounting processes are efficient and that tax compliance meets business needs. Finance Services are now looking for a team leader who loves working Together in order to secure high quality and good service in everything we do. As a person you have the drive to develop your team, co-workers and yourself to deliver excellent results. You strive to obtain a good collaboration and interaction with our customer and stakeholder. People often describe you as responsive and a problem solver. You have the ability to prioritize and focus on resource planning in order to optimize your team and meet the customer needs. You are proactive and enforceable in your way of working and strive to build teams where you share knowledge and information. You see yourself as a part of the team and lead with togetherness and enthusiasm as core values.


To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• A few years of experience in a leader position meaning skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others.
• Knowledge within the area of accounting/finance/ economics or related field.
• Ability to communicate in English and Swedish.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As team leader at Finance Services, your assignment mainly contains following tasks:
• As an ambassador for IKEA and Finance Services you will lead people and business together always with customer in focus. Meaning secure deliveries with high service according to agreed goals.
• Responsible for budget and follow-up.
• Define and set clear goals and action plan together with the team in alignment with the Ingka AB Business Plan and function goals.
• Develop the business, work with innovation and encourage continuous improvements.
• Align, implement and develop efficient and cost-conscious working procedures, processes and routines within the team.
• Lead & develop co-workers always with IKEA culture and values as a base, in order to secure competence and capacity to meet our customers' needs today and tomorrow.
• Responsible for regular jobchats and annual development talks with follow-up dialogues.
• Identify talents and successors within your team and if needed, lead various recruitment processes.


You will report to Accounting & Reporting manager. The position is temporary during January 2021 - April 2022.


OUR TEAM WITHIN IKEA
Ingka AB delivers service and expertise related services in HR, Facilities, Meeting and Finance. We make it possible for other IKEA companies to focus on their core business. This is our contribution to IKEA's success and a better everyday life for the many people. With business development and competence development as key words, Ingka AB is a growing company. Today we are about 260 employees in Älmhult- the heart of IKEA. We also have operations in Helsingborg and Malmö.


Finance Services is the central finance department within the area of accounting and we offer a wide range of finance related services and tasks to Ingka companies in Sweden. We are about 35 co-workers within the function and together we support our customers in accounting, liquidity management, customer- and supplier invoices and support in various financial systems.
