Job description and key responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate and qualified accountant to take on the role as Team Leader for the Finance team in Varberg. As an accountant at Grassfish you will be responsible for the financial processes and workflows for Grassfish operations in the Nordics. You will lead and support a team of four skilled colleagues with different areas of expertise. You will also be working hands-on with various finance operations, such as accounting, payroll, reporting, monthly closings etc.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the finance team in Varberg

- General accounting tasks such as accounts payable, payments, monthly closings, payroll etc.

- Improving finance processes and the finance team's way of working

- Aligning way of working with finance teams in other business units within the Vertiseit group
