GPQS Service Solution is looking for a new team player to serve our customers. There is a growing demand of renewing the power infrastructure globally where the competence center in Västerås is key to the future success. The growth of service business is an important part of the PGGI strategy and now we want you join our journey.
Your responsibilities
Development of processes and tools for project documentation
Collect requirements from the business
Set requirements and routines for the documentation controller team in India
Objective is to increase efficiency in the documentation process
Support development of project specific processes in projects with complex documentation requirements

Your background
Experience from contract reading and understanding of various documentation requirements
Experience from documentation systems
Strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to communicate effectively
Be a team player and basic leadership skills
Fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required
