Team Leader for Drivers and Mechanics at a eBike Company

Our client, a leading micromobility company in Stockholm, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Mechanic and Drivers Team Leader, or Controller. As the Controller, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Mechanics and Drivers, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of Mechanics and Drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with your team, providing regular feedback and training to help them improve
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety standards
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of parts
- Monitor team performance and create reports using Excel




Qualifications:


- Proven experience as a leader within transport or Last Mile

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Excel

- Fluent in English
