Team Leader for system test

To meet today's needs and future expansion, we are now looking for an experienced Team Leader for the system tests group to lead and develop our test philosophy.



Your role

We are looking for a person with several years of experience in testing complex systems and subsystems. As a team leader for the system test group, you coordinate the planning and execution of system tests that are performed both internally, for our system releases, and together with our customer projects. System tests are performed both at the factory and at the customer's facilities.

You will develop our tools and methods to ensure quality in an effective way. You will work in close collaboration with systems engineering and define appropriate tests for existing and future functions, in complex technical systems.

In your role you will be responsible for amongst other things:

* Develop test tools and methods.
* Planning of tests for System Releases.
* Establish a good teamwork to related organizational units for the subsystems.
* Analyze new system requirements and define tests.
* Estimate costs for testing activities.
* Plan, organize and lead test activities.
* Ensure compliance with internal development processes.
* Perform and document tests.



Your profile

To thrive in this role you are proactive and take full responsibility for allocated tasks. You can easily create trust within the organization and efficiently collaborate with team members.



Requried skills:

* Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar.
* Experience as a system tester.
* Documented experience as a Team Leader.
* High communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written.
* Knowledge in systems engineering i.e. requirements and corresponding tests.
* Strong analytic skills.
* Structured in your work.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of the System Management organization within Training & Simulation unit who develops and manufactures training systems mainly for military users.
