You will be part of Environment and Health's Site Solutions service area
As our new Team Leader for Contaminated Areas, you will be part of our growing business throughout Sweden and be part of our Site Solutions management team. We help our clients with projects in different investigation phases from early investigations to design and implementation. The projects vary in complexity and our customers are located in both the private and public sectors. We often work together with colleagues from other divisions and technology areas within Ramboll and the work is free, creative and stimulating, as we constantly solve new challenges together with our customers. Work environment is a priority area for us and we offer ongoing training to ensure a good working environment with a high focus on your safety. Your main tasks:


Personnel and financial responsibility for four employees
Allocate resources to projects, tendering and internal technology development projects in close cooperation with other team leaders and unit managers
Recruitment and business development
Operational work in assignment about 60 - 70% of your time

Motivation and job satisfaction in coaching colleagues
Several years of experience as a project manager or environmental coordinator, e.g. as a consultant, contractor, client or from the environmental authority
At least 5 years of work experience and ready to develop further in a leading role
A communicative ability and expresses you well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
Relevant higher education as a civil engineer, environmental scientist, natural scientist or equivalent
Experience with contaminated areas and contaminated buildings. It is a merit if you have experience of working with fuel stations.
B driving licence
