Who we are

The Franchise management team has the global responsibility to develop implement and maintain the franchise standards in the whole authorised Scania network. It is all about fulfilling the Scania customers’ expectations, when coming in contact with our dealer network. From the initial searches online, meeting and greeting at the facilities, being recognised and understood when it comes to the needs for the business, providing accurate, efficient repairs, timely deliveries, to making sure everything is continuously improved and  done in a sustainable way.

 

About the role

As a team leader you will take active part in the roles we have within the team. You will be responsible for some markets when it comes to implementing the standards, performing audits as well as trainings. There will most likely be some significant travelling involved (40-60 days annually). You will take active part in development of the standards, improving the processes and working methods. Some of the expected improvements are within finding new efficient methods to ensure the top quality level and harmonisation of our network throughout Scania.

                     

Summary of responsibilities


• Lead the team to in the daily improvement work
• Represent the team in the management forums and the meetings with the reference group
• Manage some markets when it comes to implementing the Dealer Operating Standard standard
• Perform normative audits to ensure harmonisation with the other markets


• Lead the work of finding efficient ways of ensuring the overall goal of: Customer satisfaction

 

Who you are

To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, service minded and determined. You possess good leadership qualities and you can talk eye-to-eye with anyone in the organization. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication, who can create structure and consensus with everyone around. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust.

You hold a broad experience from various areas in the commercial side of the Scania or commercial vehicle business. You are also used to solving complex tasks with many variables as well as stakeholders. You might have been a leader in previous roles and you probably hold a university degree in engineering or economics. Your English language skills are on a very high level and other major international languages are a merit.

Location

The location of the role is in Sweden but this may be flexible, and in such case preferably in the general European time zone.
