We are looking for a Team Leader (French-speaking) - On-site to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Your benefits:
- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Rotative Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00
- Salary 23 300 euros gross/year + up to 4000 euros gross/year in bonus

What you’ll experience with us
As a Team Leader in our team, you will:
- Monitor and report team performance
- Keep track of each newly hired agent’s training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication’s skills
- Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members
- Manage all disciplinary issues effectively (with oral warning and requesting HR with written ones)
- Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, inform on new procedures, upcoming changes
- Make sure processes and procedures are up to date
- Organize team building activities (team meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, events, etc.)
- Offer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents and customers complaints)
- Back-up Program managers fulfilling corresponding tasks during vacation or absence periods
- ​Prepare weekly business review slides for management and daily report productivity metrics to the team and management
- Manage daily HR and recruitment processes, communicating needs, backing up with data
 
We’ll be a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in French with advanced English level. Spanish is a plus!
- Have experience in a customer care environment
- Posses leadership and communications skills and working knowledge of project processes, IT equipment and applications: MS Windows, MS Office, etc.

  
It would be a plus if you:

- Have experience working under pressure and with deadlines
- Possess coaching experience
- Are able to delegate tasks
- Have persuasion and problem solving skills
