Team Leader (Heating Ventilation Air Condition)

Production facilities are located in Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America Team Leader for Cab HVAC Team (Heating Ventilation Air Condition) You will lead the team that is responsible for the design of cab thermal comfort and cab air quality for our machines. The cab climate is an important part of the complete machine and it is of great importance to our customer. It is today perceived as one of the best on the market and we intend to strengthen this position. Your area of responsibility will be: Cabin air intake and filtering system Climate unit with air distribution system Climate control incl. electronic algorithms Cabin heat reduction and insulation system Climate related components outside cab, functional approval complete refrigerant circle You will have the following responsibilities: Together with the development engineers in the team create design solutions that fulfil all the demands that are specified in the development projects You will have global responsibilities for coordinating HVAC development engineers in Sweden, Korea, Poland and USA Plan the activities in the team in order to keep agreed deliveries in the project Support to PM (Product Maintains) Plan and drive AE (Advanced Engineering) activities in the team Follow the technology development within the responsibility area Together with the design manager map the need for competence development within the team Experience: We think that you have a university education within the area of R&D or comparable experience. You shall have experience of HVAC design and preferably experience from the automotive industries. You will have demonstrated R&D team leader experience, preferably with global tea leadership.
