About the role
Are you experienced in Supply Planning and have a passion for delivering customer satisfaction? Do you want to work with developing processes in a true global environment?
We are currently looking for a Team Leader for the Inventory & Supply Planning Team within Business Unit Light Agriculture. You will lead and coordinate the daily work for a team of dedicated planners responsible for managing the supply of goods from external suppliers and Husqvarna factories to sales companies and distributors. The team is responsible for the
availability and inventory for finished goods, accessories as well as spare parts. The team belongs to the S&OP function and work closely together with Demand & Export coordination as well as Central Demand Planning. Other stakeholders you will work in close collaboration with are colleagues within sourcing, manufacturing, product management and sales.
We are currently in a very exciting phase where we are launching the newly formed S&OP function within Business Unit Light Agriculture. We are organizing ourselves to be close to our customers and defining an agile and responsive supply chain.
Areas of responsibility:
Lead and coordinate the daily work for a team of dedicated planners responsible for availability and inventory levels
Define and deliver on action plans and projects to drive process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Extract and develop reports and business analysis
Being close to our customers and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to secure alignment and execution of planned activities
Support daily problem solving

Who are you?
We believe that you are experienced in supply & inventory planning and want to further develop your people management skills. You like working with numbers, analyzing data and take actions based on the result of the analysis.
You are structured, analytical and have good communication capabilities.
As a person you are target oriented and used to take initiatives and decisions. Being service minded and flexible is natural for you and you have strong communication capabilities. The work includes creating long-term relationships and co-operation with suppliers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group. You like to work at a fast pace both with standardized task, problem solving and development.
You have a master degree within supply chain/logistics or other relevant area and command the English language both orally and written. Swedish is meritorious.
Location
Your office will be located in Huskvarna. Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home but in this position it is of importance that you could work in the office as well every week and when needed.
This position occasionally includes travel globally.
