About The Job
The distributions Centre in Staffanstorp (DC Lund) operates in a global environment with six larger distribution centers and a number of smaller satellite centers within business area Parts, Distribution and Logistics (PDL). We are a process-oriented organization where we think and focus globally but act locally.
The Office main tasks are taking requests from our sales companies around the world together with order handling, purchasing and quotation. As Team Leader you will lead the teams in Office in a tactical way. You support and coordinate the daily work based on customer needs and available resources. Securing that we deliver on the pre-defined PI’s & KPI’s. You will be the link between the teams, Team Manager Office, TMs & TLs from other departments, handle escalations from BU Service and our Sales companies.
Who are you?
You are action-oriented, thorough and enjoy working in a group with a high work pace. To succeed you are a customer-focused and quality-conscious team player but have no problem working independently and taking decisions when needed. We are looking for someone who has strong analytic abilities, continuously see opportunities for improvement and with the ability to lead.
What you know
To be successful in this position, we believe you have:
* leadership experience.
* a background and experience of Supply Chain Management and Logistic.
* knowledge about Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt preferable.
* microsoft Office 365; Excel, Power BI etc.
* fluent English and Swedish mandatory.
