Job Summary
Project Centre France, Benelux & North Europe is now looking for a Team Leader for the North Europe area.
You will be part of the Process Engineering Office (PEO) and will lead and support a team of primarily Process Engineers. You will have Team Leader peers in the United Kingdom and in France.
As the Nordics team is quite small you will also be expected to directly work in projects ~50% of your time.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden and will report to the Manager Process Engineering.
What you will do
You primarily objective is to lead, support, challenge and develop your team of engineers to achieve high engineering performance and customer satisfaction in projects. The projects will almost exclusively be processing customer projects.
You will also be planning time and effort of your engineers in different projects to ensure effective and productive engineering and project performance. You will be leading and supporting the engineers on global processes, tools, applications, guidelines, and templates.
Tasks include, but is not limited to:
Develop engineers in your team through trainings, individual development plans and diverse project exposure
Allocate the right engineer for the right task / project
Follow up on time reporting and utilization
Support and follow up progress for the engineers’ work
Directly support and work in projects
We believe you have
We are looking for someone who enjoys engineering but at the same time would like to lead other engineers. You enjoy both problem solving and working proactively towards preventing problems accruing in the first place.
You like to take and to have responsibility, both for your own work but also for your engineers and their work. You are customer oriented, driven and good at collaboration.
Your educational background is a university degree within engineering, and you have 3-5 years’ experience from process engineering. It’s a bonus if you have taken courses in PMP.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is needed.
