Job Summary
Project Centre North Europe is now looking for a Team Leader Project Management & Implementation for area Scandinavia and Baltics. In this role you will be managing a team of 9 project managers and site managers working with L0, L1, L2 and L3 projects. Project Centre North Europe is having a very healthy backlog of orders in the pipeline and is continuing growing at fast pace. The Project Management & implementation office is responsible for securing that customer projects are delivered on time, at budgeted costs, with quality with outstanding customer satisfaction.
This is a permanent role, and you will be based in Lund or any offices of the market company within Scandinavia and Baltics.
What you will do
As Team Leader Project Management & Implementation, you will lead the team of project managers and site supervisors to achieve high project performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead project execution through the team of project managers
Secure project cost, time and quality control
Lead the project reviews for all project in Scandinavia and Baltics

Lead planning and scheduling of the project resources
Plan and schedule resources according to project forecasts through both internal and external workforce
Cooperate with PEO/AEO/PCO for Project Centre demand planning
Drive resource escalations

Lead in reporting and follow up of the project KPI`s
Report and follow up of project KPI`s in dedicated systems
Lead dashboard updates and communication
Analyse KPI results and suggest actions to improve

Lead the Area use of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines, and templates
Drive use of Global processes, tools, applications, guidelines and templates to secure standardisation, predictability in delivery and consistent quality
Secure the use of mandatory project documentation, updated and stored in dedicated shared location

Lead competence and capability for the team
Drive competence and capability (coaching, training, assessment, on-boarding, etc.)
Close identified competence and capability gaps

Participate NPI readiness activities in the area of responsibility
Participate the Area/Centre Continuous Improvement activities

We believe you are a customer oriented and driven person who actively shares knowledge with others. You strive is to develop your direct reports and others. Building relations comes easy to you and you know how to balance listening with persuasion and helpfulness with firmness, and collaboration is key for you. Also, you are analytical and your approach to your tasks is structured which makes it easy for you to create a structure and keep track on many parallel issues. You have a strong ability to drive and implement change.
Your educational background is a university degree within Management/Engineering and PMI Certifications. It is required that you have 3-5 years’ experience of leading business and/or project management in processing and/or packaging customer projects We believe you have experience of governance tools. It is required that you have proven work experience in leading teams remotely (line manager or similar). You are fluent in English and Danish and/or Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional language is a plus.
