We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Team Leader (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

As a Team Leader on our team, you will:
- Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client’s business account plan
- Own and monitor the performance of the relative team members.
- Support Advisors by solving queries and deliver the performance review to their team members.
- Review and improve Case handling flow
- Keep track of case handling with time management
- Identify and implement initiatives to drive consumer satisfaction, increase efficiency and boost team productivity
- Manage the performance and career development of the team, have 1-1’s with their team members to solicit feedback on process inefficiencies or team-related issues
- Team holidays planning
- Bonus calculation
- Ticket tool management

- Are proficient or bilingual in Swedish plus advanced English
- Are a problem solver and detail oriented
- Have Sales or Customer Service background/experience
- Have basic knowledge on sales skills-Upselling and cross-selling
- Have excel knowledge and of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
- Have Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have a logical approach to problem solving
- Are highly empathetic, self-motivated and have great time management
