Our UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) products, Skeldar V-150 and V-200, are developed for the military and civilian market worldwide. Today, we focus on our existing customer contracts while continuing to develop the product portfolio to meet future customer demands.
For this position, we are looking for a Systems or Software Engineer with leadership experience from a similar role. We can offer you an opportunity to grow with us and develop within the UAS area in an innovative and dynamic workplace.
Together with our Team Manager you will lead the team that today consists of around 20 highly skilled Systems and Software engineers. Your main task will be to contribute to the team’s development of the V-200 platform and their individual everyday challenges. This includes organizing the daily work, planning for software releases and distribute tasks to the team members. We believe that you will take initiative and like to lead and develop employees as well.
You will be part of one of five teams in the design organization, which today consists of about 50 employees in different disciplines. The position offers a varied and stimulating work with a highly skilled and motivated team working with a high-tech product in a fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team
- Organize the daily work in the team
- Distribute tasks within the team
- Plan for software releases and relevant milestones
- Structure incoming tasks and the backlog
- Improving the team’s way of working
Qualifications:
- University degree within a relevant engineering discipline
- At least five years’ experience within Systems and Software development
- Leadership experience
- Important personal characteristics: Ability to motivate and lead people, problem solving and a self-driven attitude
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing
