Team leader Technical Publications

One of the main activities in Development & Engineering Carton Bottle apart from looking after the Tetra Top business is to develop a new Aseptic Carton Bottle platform to take on the threat from Aseptic PET.In order to do so Time To Market and increased robustness of our solutions is vital.To achieve this we have embarked on a very exciting journey to change our ways of working extensively where the spirit of team work is one important aspect.

You will work within Equipment Lines as coordinators for a group of consultants working as technical editors for Tetra Pak.You will manage their daily work but will not have line management responsibilities.

The main focus in this position will be to:

- Plan and coordinate the technical publication activities within Carton Bottle
- Lead the work in the group of Technical Editors
- Develop the way of working with technical publications
- Support and coach our Technical Editors in the Tetra Pak way of producing machine user manuals
- Act as the main contact person for technical publications within Carton Bottle


Kvalifikationer

You have a strong personal drive and prefer to work in a structured way.Other assets are your supportive approach, knowledge sharing and your experience of multi cultural work.You are a clear communicator and fluent in written and spoken English.

You have a technical education and have also an editorial background from a technical area for at least 3-5 years.Should you have worked with leading people this will be an advantage.
