Westermo is looking for a Team leader to Customer Service to Stora Sundby
As a Team Leader for the Customer Services Centre order team you will participate in creating a strong customer-orientated group that will provide timely, responsive service with integrity, simplicity and a passion for excellence while meeting or exceeding the customer’s expectations. You will work with continuous improvements of processes, skills and knowledge and high customer satisfaction ratings for the order team. You will meet quality objectives for the order team and meet deadlines for reporting.
Westermo has sales units all over the world with ambitions to grow. Your work is placed in the head office in Stora Sundby.
Qualifications and personal skills
We are looking for a team player with leader experience, customer order skills and industrial experience from manufacturing industries. You are a service minded problem-solver who are organised and like to take initiatives. You have experience in project management and lean production and speak more languages than Swedish and English.
