You are an initiative leader, who inspires confidence and can make tough decisions. You are collaborative, work well with all people, both internally and externally, and can relate to others in a perceptive and adaptable way. With your operational and strategical understanding, you have a holistic perspective and can easily adapt your way of working and leadership style to changed circumstances.
