About the role:

As Senior Financial Controller/Team Leader you play an important role for the business and the Finance department consisting of 3-4 team members. You are responsible for the overall supervision of the Nordic organization’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial policies and procedures.

As Senior Financial Controller you motivate, manage, and control the finance team for the purpose of developing efficiency with a view of optimizing the Nordic business's profitability. You will be a part of a dynamic, multicultural and fast pace environment with local business in a global company, reporting directly to the Kekst CNC CFO in Munich, Germany.

What you will do:

·      Responsible manager and team leader for the finance team in Stockholm Office

·      Active part of the Stockholm Management Team

·      Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue recognition in close cooperation with the Shared Service Center in Poland

·      Responsibility for preparation and overseeing month-end and year-end closing including Financial Reporting

·      Payroll input and verifying salary postings in close cooperation with HR

·      Coordination and preparation of the yearly budget and regular financial forecasts

·      First contact for internal and external auditors

·      Contract preparation and review in close cooperation with the Legal team (Shared Service Center)

·      Responsibility for project controlling

·      Preparation of individual reporting and analysis for the Management

Your background:

To be successful in this role we believe you have an Academic degree in Finance/Economics and several years of experience from Accounting and Controlling. We see it as a plus coming from a similar role in a large global company with many Stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Swedish both verbally and written is a requirement. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with upper management. Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software is a must.
