We’re looking for a Team Leader for one of our teams in the Digital Engineering BU in Gothenburg. The team is multicultural, consisting of people with different engineering competencies in the Automotive domain, on all levels of seniority.

The role will be combined with a role as a consultant in our delivery. Depending on who you are and your profile we will together find the best solution.

The role

To steer the team on this path and support them to do their best work for local and international clients is an important part of your responsibility.

You will support and mentor the team members and be their first contact point in regards to any questions related to practical topics of employment. This includes giving administrative advice and support regarding time reporting, submitting vacation/absence requests, ensure needed documents are collected etc.

You will also support the Team Manager with activities that are relevant to administration, mentorship, recruitment, business growth, retention and different events.

As mentioned above you will also work as a consultant yourself. To which extent and where is something that we will decide together.

You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business

You have probably worked as a scrum master, project manager or similar and are now ready to take the next step in your leadership journey
