What will be your daily work in this role:

- Lead skilled professionals in BI Analytics area and support their career growth

- Serve as a coach for employee in their career journey, providing guidance and support in long-term competence development

- Be part of the BI Analytics Guild management team, support common goals, drive initiatives to improve the ways of working

- Take a responsibility for recruitment, training, performance assessment and development of employees

- Foster collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, continues learning and speak-up culture

- Align employees competence development with the needs and vision of the Agile Release Trains (ART)

What is needed in this role:

- Leadership experience from a managerial role, great if you have worked with technical teams

- Possess strong leadership skills, growth mindset and is committed to fostering an open and inclusive work environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels in a clear and concise manner

- A high-level personal integrity, reliability and ownership as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in a team and developing yourself daily

- Ability to coordinate and make things happen with an “Everything is possible" - attitude

- Possess a good understanding of Agile ways of working, particularly within the SAFe framework
