Are you up for a new challenge as a Team Manager for agile teams in LC&I Business Intelligence ART?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- As a Team Manager you are responsible for leading a team or teams in the Business Intelligence ART (BI ART) within Business Area for Large Corporates and Institutions. BI ART is driving several focus areas in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- HR responsibility: provide support in diverse HR related matters, competence development and new recruitments
- In the role as Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the cross functional team is working efficiently, competence development within the team, and execute on administrative tasks related to the team
- Salary and PD-talk for direct reports
- Optimize current processes and ways of working together with team members and Scrum Masters
- Coaching and supporting your team in diverse matters
- Actively contribute to the development of the learning culture
- Ensuring adequate staffing, competence, and workforce planning
- Design and implement a structural approach of building collaboration with external vendors and schools for successful talent management
What is needed in this role:
- Previous experience in IT, Tech or Data & Analytics areas
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Familiar with SAF:e agile methodology and workflow
- Coaching leadership
- Set values and befits of collaboration high on agenda
- Vendor and consultancy management skills
- Excellent command of both English and Swedish, written and verbal
- Very good knowledge of the organization in Sweden, preferably having a wide network of contacts
