Hej, I´m Henrik,

I’m working as a Business Navigation Manager in the Business Area called Kitchen, Bathroom and Home appliances and are now looking for a Team Manager to lead our amazing Project Controller team. 

For me this is the place to be, the people in our Business Area consist of a diverse group of down-to-earth, straightforward and fun people with a big passion for our range. We come from all over the world, but we share our inspiring vision: “To create a better everyday life for the many people”. 

As a Team Manager in the Business Navigation function, you will lead and develop both business and people to secure that we deliver outstanding support to our product development agenda. You will be responsible for leading the best Project controller group in IKEA, in the daily operations and support them in their development. When our co-workers grow, IKEA is growing! 

You will be our expert in the Product development process (DNP/improves) and be responsible to support and coach peers and co-workers in project management questions and dilemmas. I want you to work actively with finding process improvements and to take lead in implementing those improvements in our Business Area.

The improvements and best practices you also share in the product development network so that all of IKEA can benefit from the improvements.  Together with our project controllers you will also lead and coordinate range administration across our Business Area.

You and I will work close together in many different topics with for example organizational development, leadership, functional topics etc. with the purpose to continue developing us into being a high performing function that delivers outstanding results, while having a lot of fun together!
