Maintenance & Logistics is a part of Workplace Operations which is an exciting internal function within IKEA of Sweden. As a Maintenance & Logistics Team manager, you are an important player for making things run smoothly.

We’re looking for a Team Manager to join and support the team to improve our everyday life at work!
Leadership comes natural to you, and you have a proven track record of leading a team. You have the interest and ability to coach team members and it is important that you enjoy working with people.
You inspire, lead and develop the team to secure that the assignments are done in time, to agreed quality and to lowest possible cost. You will lead the staff planning on daily basis, so we use our capacity where it is needed at a specific time and place. Develop and implement new working processes, routines and systems within both logistics and maintenance.
You will also be responsible for the achievement of the goals and support co-workers with their development, so they have the right knowledge and competence for the different tasks within Maintenance & Logistics.
Furthermore, you will provide information about plans and results to co-workers and explain their overall importance. Actively work with Quality Management System and Continuous Improvements and be part of the development of our systems and new ways of working to increase our efficiency,
