We are now searching for an experienced Team Manager (TM) with perceptive leadership skills.  
To succeed in this role, we believe you need a passion for leading and developing others, enjoy empowering people and embrace an agile mindset and culture.   

What's in it for you
You will be part of the product area Supply Chain Management & Procurement (SCM & P) Digital, located in the unit Product Creation & Industrial Digital, as a vital team member on our exciting journey to transform Volvo Cars.   
With a strong focus on servant leadership, culture, and transformation you will together with your teams work towards our company´s strategic agenda. Enabling efficient software & hardware engineering and UX development with end-to-end responsibility for the operation, development, methods/processes, support, and education.  

As a TM within SCM & P Digital, you’ll be part of our engaged and inspiring management team working to continuously improve how we cooperate to support our Product area. 

What you’ll do  
As a Team Manager within the Core Supply Chain Logistics (SCL) cluster, and more specifically within the Parts Supply & Logistics (PS&L) domain, you will be responsible for;  
• Empowering and inspiring others; developing people and teams through coaching, mentoring, and feedback  
• Removing impediments that may hinder teams’ performance   
• Creating a working environment in which uncertainty can be handled  
• Energizing people; create an environment where people are motivated and happy  
• Competence development for your team members; create an environment where people are challenged, invited to learn, and stay motivated  
• Establish a People plan together with Product Manager/Product Owners to match our product roadmap short, mid, and long term  

You are expected to support, challenge, and develop the organization and culture with a focus on the members of your team. You will also be responsible for staffing our product teams so that they can meet current and future demands and foster a strong engineering culture in our product area.  

Who you are: 
We are looking for you who have previous experience in leading people, in developing others by using coaching, mentoring, feedback and stretch assignments to support Volvo Cars learning culture.  You have experience and a good understanding of Agile Frameworks (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking, SAFe) to apply Agile ways of working.
As a person, you have strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and know how to influence and organize people and activities into an efficient workflow.  You have an Agile mindset and behavior and self-leadership and development.  We see that you have strong relationship management and business acumen and shaping a competitive customer-focused culture.  Lastly, you are effective in problem solving and decision making.
