Who we are
Safe Vehicle Automation department is in charge of providing methods, tools, infrastructure, and environments that enable deliveries for AD & Pilot Assist, ADAS, Vehicle Energy & Motion Control and Protective Safety with high quality, based on DevOps methodology and culture.
The team you will join belongs to SVA, and consists of 135 engineers. It is structured in one SW Factory with focus on HIL, SIL and CI and one Data Factory with focus on Data Collection & Prototype Build and Data Infrastructure.
The team develop and maintain Hardware-in-Loop test setups for enabling development, verification, and validation of software-oriented products to enable the Safe Vehicle Automation organization to deliver a high quality, highly performing, and safe product to end-customers. These test set-ups are built upon a robust and automated test infrastructure. Using these state-of-the-art test set-ups and automation frameworks, the team enable the organization to provide quality assurance on the software that is integrated, gated, and released in a production-oriented CI flow.

What you will do
As a Team Manager you will manage a team of 25 people in a fast paced, innovative environment. You will be responsible for attracting new talents and creating a good working environment. You will also oversee the competence development of your team members to match the short- and long-term strategies.
In this role you will get a chance to collaborate closely with Product Owners, System Architects and Scrum Master to assure correct support to the teams and you will proactively solve blockers and impediments for the teams, ensuring they have all the pre-requisites to fulfill team purpose
