The mission of the Production Center within PS MS & BE Delivery Center is to ensure the availability and reliability according to the SLAs and the regulations of the front office, back office and middleware applications, including the systemic and mission critical platforms and covering all related payment schemes while installing new features, managing and maintaining. We are responsible for supporting those applications at all times and serving our customers.


The objectives of the department are mainly ensuring smooth and well-organized deployments of new changes through installations of releases or individual events by introducing more standardization, automation and scripting. To provide technical and business constant monitoring and support. We also provide and manage adequate support for incidents and problems and assist clients in their testing (Customer Acceptance Testing).


Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Managing a team of 10 to 15 people doing application support activities which include:
Installation and deployment of software (Releases; patches)
Contribute to rapid restore of the service in case of incidents; search for workarounds
Set up application monitoring and operational controls
Contribute to delivery of Writing Standard Operating procedures and Operating Handbooks
Committed to work sometimes outside of normal office hrs (e.g. during releases; incidents; …)
Committed to step into an On Call service (24/7)

Capability to work in an international team, but also able to work fully autonomously when required
Strong sense to work in a cost effective and project oriented way



Skills we can't do without
Basic Linux knowledge
Oracle DB knowledge
Scripting and bash scripting tools
Monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and others
Ticketing tool like Service Now
Digital Payment Industry (on Cards)
Fluent in English
